Entry Requirements
- UCAS Tariff points/Grades required:
- 260 - 280
- 260-280 at A2 (Grades BCC-BBC) or acceptable alternatives e.g. BTEC Subsidiary Diploma, Diploma, Extended Diploma at Level 3 (Grades DMM)
- Specific GCSE requirements: GCSE grade C in English Language and Mathematics. Level 2 Functional Skills English and Mathematics also accepted.
- Non Tariffed Qualifications: A relevant Access to HE Diploma with 15 level 3 credits at merit will be considered for entry to this course.
- International Baccalaureate points: 26 IB Diploma points
- IELTS score required for international students: 6.0 wih a minimum of 5.5 in each element

The Business units are:

- Responsible Business
- Management and Organisation (PDP)
- Work Based Learning
- Ideas, Creativity and Entrepreneurship
The Human Resource Management units are:
- Employment Law and Labour Markets (core)
- Critical Organisational Analysis and Sustainability
- Learning, Coaching and Development (PDP)
- Work Based Learning
- Marketing and Business Operations
Year 3
- In your final year you choose one of the following:
- The core unit for Business is Global Strategy and the core unit for Human Resource Management is Strategic Human Resource Management.
- You then choose from the range of available option units. The option units vary each year but an indicative list is:

- Entrepreneurial Practice
