Accommodation
City U đã dành ba ký túc xá cho sinh viên của mình: Khu nhà ở Damai ở Puchong, Subang Bistari ở Kota Damansara / Shah Alam, và Kasturi Idaman ở khu vực 8, Kota Damansara. Mỗi ký túc xá đều có an ninh riêng rất chặt chẽ. Sinh viên phải tuân thủ tất cả các quy định của ký túc xá và trường.
Sinh viên trước hết phải quyết định về các loại nhà ở mà họ mong muốn. Giá thuê dao động từ RM500 (120USD) đến RM2000 (477USD) hoặc hơn.
Campus
CityU được trang bị nhiều tiện nghi như:
Phòng máy tính: Với hầu hết đến thiết bị máy tính và tất cả các phần cứng hữu ích như máy quét, máy in Laser, các đĩa CD...
Thư viện: Thư viện trường được quản lý chuyên nghiệp với tất cả những cuốn sách, tạp chí và các tài liệu cần thiết cho các khóa học của của sinh viên.
Các tiện nghi hiện đại bao gồm một thư viện (với hệ thống e-book), phòng thí nghiệm IT, Studio Nghệ thuật, phòng nghiên cứu kỹ thuật, Wi-Fi, Thính phòng, không gian đa mục đích, Đơn vị điều dưỡng lâm sàng, Phòng ăn, sảnh sinh viên...
Trường tọa lạc trung tâm của thành phố Petaling Jaya, City UC chỉ cách mười phút từ Kuala Lumpur. khuôn viên trường rất gần với các tiện ích như giao thông công cộng, hệ thống giao thông chính. Các trạm LRT gần nhất là trạm Asia Jaya LRT.
