Barnfield luôn hướng vào những giá trị đào tạo phản ánh được những gì quan trọng và cần thiết cho mỗi sinh viên. Đây là những nền tảng vững chắc và các nguyên tắc chính của nét văn hóa trường. Barnfield luôn làm việc chăm chỉ để duy trì các giá trị đó.

Những khóa học tại trường

Trường cung cấp một lựa chọn rất lớn các khóa học dạy nghề và cơ hội nghề nghiệp từ cấp tập sự đến Đại học.

Khóa học toàn phần và bán phần được thiết kế nhằm phát triển các kỹ năng, kiến thức và kiến thức nền, cũng như tạo cơ hội cho sinh viên xây dựng một sự nghiệp viên mãn và thành công.

Đội ngũ nhân viên của trường rất nhiệt tình, chu đáo, có chuyên môn cao và hoàn toàn tận tâm để đảm bảo rằng tất cả các sinh viên hài lòng, thành công và khai thác được đầy đủ tiềm năng của họ.

Respect and inclusion are fundamental values of Barnfield College. The College will not tolerate bullying, harassment and victimisation and will ensure that every student has the right not to be bullied or harassed and has the right to complain without victimisation.

Health and safety

Barnfield College has a responsibility to protect learners’ health, safety and wellbeing whilst they are studying and we take the security of learners and their belongings in college very seriously.

Our Health and Safety Manager ensures the learning environment is safe, protective clothing is worn at all times and first aiders are available to deal with any incidents.

Student Involvement

Barnfield College appreciates learner feedback. Two college surveys are run each year, which explore the quality of the learning experience and the quality of the college services and resources.

In addition there are a number of focus groups where student course representatives are invited to contribute the views of the students on their course across a range of themes. The student council ensures that students can shape the future of the college & receive direct responses from college managers & senior staff.

The Barnfield College has two main campuses:

• New Bedford Road campus
• Technology campus

• New Bedford Road campus：

The Faculties of Business, Enterprise & Retail, Creative Arts, and Care, Public Services, Sport & Leisure are based at our New Bedford Road campus. It is also home to our Higher Education Centre and the Retail Quarter.

• Technology campus

The Faculty of Technology is based at our Technology campus with our Apprenticeships team.
